At Doona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your car seat or stroller does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
